Forestgate Community Theater's third production, and first 'play with music' -- Anne of Green Gables -- (performed with the permission of the Heirs of L.M. Montgomery) in November 2006. The music was composed by Jeff Tankersley (piano), Dave Khaliqi (guitar) and Stephen Baran (violin). Lyrics by Karen Hamer.

- Through the Gates of Heaven
Karen Hamer wrote the lyrics to this song in 2002 upon the death of one of her friends in New Zealand. Four years later, Jeff Tankersley reworked it into the song you hear here, powerfully recorded by Anna Funke, for the funeral scene.
